OnePlus issued a formal announcement revealing the release of a new device, the OnePlus X, Oct. 29, 2015.
The Chinese manufacturer has seen major success with previous models. OnePlus offers three smartphones that are notable for their cheap prices and vast network compatibility, as the devices are flexible between networks outside the U.S.
The OnePlus X’s design is similar to that of an iPhone. The new device measures in at 5.5 inches, running on a 1.9 GHz processor. The device will host all typical smartphone functions, including LTE, Bluetooth and WiFi.
The device will be sold unlocked, but will support AT&T and T-Mobile’s LTE networks. It’s suspected this device will not be compatible with T-Mobile or Sprint’s networks, seeing as past devices from this manufacturer are not.
